Troubleshooting

These new phones are a lot more like computers. Occasionally they may freeze or 'lock up'. If you get an hourglass icon or your phone is not 'acting right', you may need to reboot your phone.

To reboot, check the back side of your phone:

  • (Connects to computer, only on some phones - color may vary)
  • 2 Ethernet power cord - color may vary, though usually blue. DISCONNECT AND RECONNECT THIS CORD TO REBOOT YOUR PHONE.
  • Handset cord
  • (Headset cord, only on phones using headsets.)
