Tax Forms 2009
updated 11/28/09
FORMS IN BOLD HAVE BEEN RECEIVED FOR 2009.....
Previous year (2007 & 2008) forms/instructions are in the small filing cabinet at the front gRef desk.
There are several forms, like the 1098's and the 1099's, that must be procured in paper format and these forms are not available to public libraries. I do not know if the local IRS carries them, but they can be purchased at office supply stores. (~Sue M.)

Tax Filing Addresses

IRS Website: Filing Addresses for Indiana Residents
- Depending on which form the person is filing and whether or not they're sending payment, the address will be different -- usually just the zip code changes.
- It looks weird, but there is no street address or P.O. Box number. It's just Internal Revenue Service and then the city, state and zip.
