Tax Forms 2008

updated 4/6/09

There are several forms, like the 1098's and the 1099's, that must be procured in paper format and these forms are not available to public libraries. I do not know if the local IRS carries them, but they can be purchased at office supply stores. (~Sue M.)

Tax Filing Addresses

Federal

IRS Website: Filing Addresses for Indiana Residents

  • Depending on which form the person is filing and whether or not they're sending payment, the address will be different -- usually just the zip code changes.
  • It looks weird, but there is no street address or P.O. Box number. It's just Internal Revenue Service and then the city, state and zip.

State
