ITS Library Plaza Punch List

1.      STORAGE: Room L31/226, missing 1 voice drop.  They have 1 voice drop but they are supposed to have 2. PRT 157.  The Manager would like to have a voice drop behind the desk next to data drop L31-B.  Larry will check with Sean about this.

2.      ACCESS FORT WAYNE: Reception Desk, need narrower wire management tray under desk so file cabinets can fit under desk.

3.      BUSINESS:  Room 289, Need to add one data drop on the back counter of the “Ask Here” desk, near the printer next to drop 289-BC.

4.      GENEALOGY: Room 202, two tables at the end of the west wall with large printers on them do not have power.  They are not connected to the electrical system.

5.      TRAINING: Room L17, Add 12 drops.  There are 12 phone drops, are we waiting on 12 data drops?

6.      ADMINISTRATION: Room 215, Dave Sedestrom needs another data drop next to drops 215-A and 215-B under his desk.

7.      GENEALOGY: Room 202, Tripped a circuit breaker that controls power along the west wall of this room after I sent a print job to each of the large 11 x 17 printers.  Due to the scanner equipment, six PCs along that wall require 5 outlets and two PCs require 6 outlets.  There are a total of 44 items plugged in along the west wall.  Is there another circuit available that will support these two HP 9050 printers?

8.      CHILDREN’S: LL2, Need electrical outlets behind the desk outside LL2T for a computer, a monitor, and a printer.  There is an outlet nearby but it is across the doorway to LL2T.

9.      STAFF LOUNGE: L23, Need to add a data drop for a network printer near existing data drop for a computer.
