Forwarding your phone

 

To forward a phone the first thing you need to do create a forwarding profile for where you want to forward the phone.

 

Here are the steps to create a forwarding profile:

  1. On the home page of your phone press the Applications button.
  2. Then press Call Forwarding
  3. Press New profile
  4. Press Edit profile name
  5. Using the corresponding key (NOT the number pad!), select the letters for the label one by one and press Insert for each letter. The letters will show at the top of the display. When you are finished with the profile name, press Save.
  6. Press Always
  7. Press Edit Number
  8. Using the corresponding key (NOT the number pad!), select the numbers for the extension or phone number (remember to start an outside number - like for a cell phone - with a "9"). The numbers will display at the top of the display. When you are finished with the number, press Save.
  9. Press Enable
  10. Press Save two more times.
  11. Press Close twice.

 

To activate a forwarding profile:

  1. On the home page of your phone press the Applications button.
  2. Then press Call Forwarding
  3. Press the button next to the profile you want to forward to.
  4. Press Activate
  5. Press Close

 

To disable call forwarding:

  1. On the home page of your phone press the Applications button.
  2. Then press Call Forwarding
  3. Select None
  4. Press Activate
  5. Press Close
