Customizing your phone

Speed Call

1. Press blue Settings button
2. Press Programmable Keys and then select the key wou wish to program (remember there are three pages!)
3. Press Speed Call
4. Press Edit Label and enter the label for the speed call (you must use the buttons next to the screen, not the regular keypad). Use Insert key (top right) to select each character. Note there are five pages of characters (lowercase, uppercase, lower & upper accents, and special).
5. Press Save
6. Press Edit Number and enter the phone number for the speed call (4 digit extension, or outside number - MUST include 9 prefix to dial out)
7. Press Save and then Save again
8. Press Close

Ringer Pitch

While the phone is idle:

1. While the phone is hung up and you are not on the line, Press 'Superkey' button option on the 'home page'.

   You will get an option (usually for 'Phone Book?' or 'Agent Login?') that appears on the screen.

2. Press the No softkey through each question until "Ringer Adjust?" appears.
3. Press "Ring Adjust".
4. Press "Ringer Pitch".
5. Press the Up or Down buttons (top right of your phone) to hear all of your options.

   (It will go through them all, but at the end it will not cycle to the beginning option, you'll have to reverse through them.)

6. Press Superkey button to save the option that is ringing.
